Having trouble connecting to our chatroom? There are several things you can check.
Are you using AOL? Here are some tips.

If you use Internet Explorer, you can try this:
Open Internet Explorer

At the top, click Tools, then Internet Options

Click the tab marked Advanced along the top

Click the button marked Restore Defaults near the bottom of that window

Scroll down 2 or 3 pages, until you see Microsoft VM

Make sure all the boxes under that are checked

Just above Microsoft VM is Java (Sun)

Make sure the box under that is Unchecked

Click OK

Try to enter the chatrooms using: http://www.braininjurychat.org/chatroomlist.htm
